On 22nd December 2020 we renewed our 6 licences for Draftsight.
The week prior to that we upgraded 5 of our systems to Windows 10 from Windows 7
ALL 5 of these systems are now refusing to load Draftsight stating:
| Activation transaction failed: Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and retry |
I am unable to deactivate the licences so I can reactivate in Windows 10.
I have uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled but still have the same problem.
This is causing us major issues as we are unable to draw!!
