I purchased Draftsight standard 2 days ago and immediately discovered that one feature I wanted was not included which was 'weld symbols'. I emailed DraftSight.Standard.Online@3ds.com with a question about how to upgrade to professional from standard that I had just purchased but they refuse to answer.

Is the email DraftSight.Standard.Online@3ds.com active anymore? What is the usual response time please?
