Hello all,

After I installed the DraftSight Standard 2020 with my new licence, I could work for a few hours, but suddenly, the program stopped with the following message on my screen "Drafsight has stopped working. The program has stopped working due to unexpected error, but crash report wasn´t able to run sender process and send the error report". Please see the screenshot below.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the program but, after the installation, when I start the program, the same message appears on my screen. 

Please, Could you help me? I need Draftsight to work. Thank you very much.
