I had a call open that was closed last week however we are still having issues with it. Support requested that we disable the firewall and try again but this made no difference, I has thought it was a DNS issue but the fix I applied has not resolved it.
Just to recap the issue we are having is that DraftSight is extremely slow opening files and performing commands like zoom in. It runs fine when I disconnect the PC from the network, the slows right down whenm its reconnected.
