I logged a ticket in 2015 and again in 2016 and was excited to see a fix in Sp1 for the F4 shortcut key issue where it reverts back unexpectedly to “Recent Documents”every time when launching the application."   Well it is NOT fixed and I suspect no one tests the Service Packs other than customers - why have testers in house when you have customers?

Ahh the joy of outsourcing support to the cheapest option.   If Dassault had the work done in Germany where I think the company's headquarter is, the fix would have worked first time.  But as my experience with large companies shows, seeking the cheapest option for support via other large companies like CSC, Accenture OR Dassault's own in-house but offshore support team, the work normally goes to the most junior person in india/china (insert 3rd world country here) with the result iusually resulting in a KEN mess.  It usually takes 2-3 attempts to get something working with the result it Not being cheaper in real terms and the customer being f'd around for lengthy periods of time...
