When I use a copy or Paste command in Version V1R3.1 x64 the program shuts down.

This started happening in the previous version and I was hoping to correct the problem by updating to the new version.

Draftsight was previously working and started giving me this problem about a month ago.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate on a Lenovo w700.

Any Help would be appreciated.
