We have 4 seats of solid works and are trying to set up a single seat of DraftSight for use by myself.

I've installed it on a 32-bit windows 7 machine.

Each time I start the program it asks me to activate.

I enter all the requested details and the first time I did this received an e-mail with a link saying click here to activate.  Clicking the link tells me that I have successfully activated the product.  However next time I run it I am  again asked to enter my details and activate.

I have tried using the link in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, I have tried it with my Anti-virus software disabled and have rebooted several times.

Each time I start the program it again asks me to Activate.

Anybody have any idea how I can activate this product?

I tried logging onto my local machine (i.e. Not connected to the company network but still connected to the internet) and was able to successfully activate the product for the local only user.  However, when I log on to the computer as I normally do (with company network access) I am still being asked to activate each time I run the program.
