I am working for IT support, one of our user's domain account is constantly getting locked out when starting the software.

The reason behind this are the saved proxy settings and password but the problem is that they are reverted after each restart and there is no such file as ProxyServerConfig.xml present on his computer.

Any ideas how this could be sorted out? I've given the user full control to the Dassault Systemes folder and disabled the read-only attribute.
