I have Draftsight Professional that I recently renewed back in March. The original version I downloaded was 2019 and will not load. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling. That didn't work. I made sure my updates were up to date and they were. I then uninstalled and downloaded the 2021 version. Same problem. Please help!!!
