after the renewal of the license of the program in question, which took place on January 26 with Paypal payment, it's impossible for me to transfer the license from one PC to another, as I usually do, having to use the software on a laptop when I am in business trip.Upon completion of the deactivation operation, the following message appears on the screen: 

"Activation transition failed. Deactivation count exceeded. Contact your dealer."

Therefore it is impossible for me to make the above transfer. Given that I have neither other versions of draftsight installed on my computers, nor do I use any other Dassault Systemes programs.
