Attempted to transfer the license of DraftSight Professional 2018 to new from old computer.  

Deactivated the DraftSight Prof 2018 license from old computer.

Reactivated the license on newly installed DraftSight Prof 2018.

When I tried to run DraftSight the logo will show up then it closes down in 2 minutes.

I appreciate any feedback on how to resolve this issue.
