Hello, I purchased Draftsight professional 2016. Then, I downloaded Draftsight 2017 and activated the professional version (it even defaulted to the license I had received from Draftsight 2016 which is due to be renewed in July). The software say the activation was successful, but I can't use the features from Draftsight professional such as Design resource palette. I wondering if anybody knows what going on. Thanks. :)
