Hello,

I have a license of draftsight professional that will not reinstall after a system crash.  The hard drive crashed and I had to reinstall the OS so I could not do a transfer of the license.  when I try to reinstall and activate my license on the new PC it says that I have exceeded authorization.  However I cannot transfer the old license as that drive crashed and it is not longer in the machine.  can anyone help or has anyone ran into this problem before
