I'm wondering if anyone can help with a issue we are encountering

When printing our legacy drawings in draft sight , the print preview shows ok set at our current sheet scale, but when printed it comes out with the sheet boarder overlapping the drawing and the scale is miles off.

When printing to PDF it sends ok , we are then printing from this PDF which works.

I’ve attached some snippets

We have tried reinstalling / installing on another machine

Solid works / inventor LT / Autocad prints ok

Any thoughts?
