I have the Standard license and I would like to try the Premium version for 30 days because I want to test 3D capabilities. So I downloaded the installation package and tried to install it. I installed it on the previous installation, without disinstalling it first. In this way the installation package automatically found the previous license and I got the Standard version. So I deactivated the license, unistalled the software and installed it again.

This time I could select the "30 days trial" but eventually the software told me that my 30 days of trial already expired. I'm quite sure that I never tried it, I bought the Standard license in november 2019. Maybe I tried the Professional before buying the Standard.

How can I do? I want to test 3D function before buying, possibly without having to change my PC, thanks
