Long story short, we are upgrading from free versions to 2019 standard. If the machine has had draftsight on it in the past, and it is then upgraded to 2019, program freezes. It wotn let you close it or do any features on the toolbar. If i install the same license and program on a machine with no draftsight history, it works with no issues.
Also, I have done every possible fix from renaming appdata folders to deleting reg keys. I have tried different service packs and much more to no avail. Anyone have insight as to why?
