Good afternoon - last night i was able to activate two devices - yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

today i go to activate another device and it fails each time - i dont get the finish screen after activating to trigger the email delivery.   Can someone at draftsight please explain why this is happening so much.  This is very troubling for my users who wish to use your software.  They cant use it till its activated.
