3DS are not responding to my help issue. I haven't been able to load my Drfatsight software since last weekend. The window opens for a few seconds and then puff, it just disappears. I haven't been able to do any work and am getting so behind. Going out of my mind. What has changed? Why?? Anybody else having problems? I'd de-register and do a re-install but can't get in to deactivtae my licence.
