Like many people on here, im struggling.

I have uninstalled our old versions and re-installed the brand new version as instructed.

Any that were still in activation are working fine.

Any that have asked for us to activate them will not work.

Brand new instances say they will send an email and never do leaving the software refusing to open and nothing we can do.

Older instances that haven't been opened for a while that want reactivating let us reactivate and then refuse to open and theres nothing we can do.

DraftSight is currently unusable. We have only a few instances that actually work - and its only a matter of time before they ask for reactivation and then will stop working too.

Is there going to be something done with a new service pack at any point to rectify this? Is this just an attempt to get us to upgrade to the paid for version (which I assume still works)? Has anyone actually had a fix to this yet that actually works? Failing that - anyone got any suggestions for any other 2D software we can open old DWG files with?
