I've been using DraftSight 2020 version for roughly 8-9 months. Lately, it's been brutal working with since almost every command I run, the program freezes and hangs up. It does come back most of the time within 30 seconds or so, but this is quite annoying and slows my work to a crawl. I've restarted my PC and program and it will work OK at best for maybe 5 or so minutes. After awhile, it's back to it's usual ways.  

Today, I've uninstalled and downloaded the new 2023 version and are being hit with the exact same problems.  

I've noticed when I start Draftsight the memory usage starts around 500-600 MB. At the time of writing this, memory is at 1888 MB and going up. I have (2) drawings open ... they are not intensive at all. 

Anyone have any ideas on a setting that may fix this problem?
