I have an issue with a Draftsight license activation. I recently renewed the license but when I tried to activate it on my pc I got the error attached below. By contacting the support they said it's because the license is activated on a different PC, and this is true but the PC where the license has been originally activated has been formatted and thrown away few months ago so I do not have access to it anymore. How can I deactivate the license given this situation?
