I've scoured the web for an answer to this to no avail, with no help from the support page being "temporarily unavailable for maintenance."...

Anyway, preface: We have an active subscription for draftsight professional, we want to upgrade from 2019 to 2023 on the same machine but get the error "Activation transaction failed: Serial number not entitled to DraftSight 2023".

Question: Does the subscription not allow for the yearly version upgrades? I assumed it did given it was a yearly cost for the software.
