Sorry for the basic question, I'll keep it quick - my team uses BricsCAD but another team in the organisation uses DraftSight. Our DWG outputs are able to be opened by them but the background image does not load. The image is saved in the same folder and correctly referenced but all that is displayed by them is the pathway to the image. There are no issues loading the correct drawing with any of the computers that use BricsCAD. I have tried using both TIF and ECW file formats but no luck. 

Is this just a compatibility issue between DraftSight and BricsCAD?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
