My draftsight is using so much memory and is extremely slow creating simple LOPAS.  Using another computer and opening the same file they are able to move, copy, paste and cut easily.  My file is about 16 mg while the same file before I brought it into draftsight was only 1.  Is there a setting that I have incorrect?  I wasted over 45 minutes just coping and paste a LOPA onto the same drawing.
