We have a couple computers (Windows 7) running Draft Sight version 2015-X64-SP3. We downloaded the Hotfix.exe as advised on both machines ....... one of them unzipped just fine and successfully patched Draft Sight.
The other unzips and proceeds to the point where the "black box" pops open and says "installing hotfix. Please do NOT close this window." Then we get a SolidWorks pop-up box with the red-circle X that says "None of the products in this hotfix are installed. Your system has not been modified."
We have made multiple attempts ........ all producing the same result.
Any suggestions or advise ?????
