I am on a Windows 7 64bit system, AMD Radeon R5-240 graphics card, 8 gig memory.  

I've downloaded DraftSight 2015 x64....and when I try to open it, I get the above error (with 2 possible responses - check online for a solutioin and close program, or just close the program).
