I am trying to use Draftsight R1.3 on my Dell inspiron 1525 laptop running Windows Vista Home Premium SP2.

If I move the mouse on the black drawing area of the screen with the left button pressed the screen goes totally black and Draftsight goes into automatic shutdown. I get an igfx driver failure message in the bottom right of the Windows desktop. The machine recovers and I can run other Windows applications, but Draftsight gives the same falilure frequently  if I try to use it. I have used previous versions of Draftsight successfully.

I have checked the display, mouse and USB drivers and they are all using up to date versions. Can anybody help please?
