Having missed the Hotfix date downloaded SP1 recently but unable to pass through the 'Proxy Authentication Required' screen. Spent hours with company's remote IT support, even with the aid of Activation Guide or flow chart, but to no avail. Is there a way to bypass this proxy authentication or should I uninstall and download again - not sure if this would resolve the issue.
