Windows 7

If I use the chamfer command using the mouse for selection, then type D (to input the chamfer Dimensions), this can not be entered by the mouse or keyboard.   If Dimension is entered by the  mouse - no response - enter key by the keyboard works perfectly allowing me to input the required dimensions. 

I have reinstalled Draftsight Free and renamed Draftsight file (twice) to no avail.

The Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical has the latest driver installed and I have tried two samples of the mouse.

Can anyone help?

 I have now discovered that the mouse was not set up automatically when installing DraftSight.  I had to reset the mouse settings so that right click enters the command.  All is now perfect -  all actions can now be selected and entered using the mouse.
