Hello,

I've installed the latest free version of DraftSight (2017 SP0) on my Citrix environment. The installation itself went smooth and all users have access to DraftSight free after the deployment. Some problems i came across since the installation:

1) Activation will not always trigger. I've followed the Activation Guidelines available on this website. How can I force this?

2) I've kept track of the Citrix Servers with an activated DraftSight install. However: I have users who get the activation procedure when opening DraftSight, on teh same Server I just activated. 

Anyone else experienced these issues. And maybe found a solution?
