Hi,

I have recently had to install the 2015 version due to the previous version expiring. I am unable to use the new version as there are blanked out sections on the screen over the command prompt box and the tool matrix. It is running very slow and the cursor does not move smoothly.

I have tried re-downloading several times... The problem occurs when I open a file that has been drawn in AutoCAD, that is a DWG file im opening off of a USB,

Please assist.
