How do I report a bug in DraftSight?  I am using V1R5.0 32-bit on Windows XP SP3.  While I have a file already open, I minimize the DraftSight window and double click on a template file I created on my desktop.  The DraftSight window will maximize automatically, but the template file does not open within the window.  I can click on the Open icon and click on the cancel button and the template file will appear in the window.  This is a very annoying bug.  This did not happen in the previous version.
