I'm a network admin. 

The company is using draftsight.

Today one of the comupters started to open network connections, netstat:

[DraftSight.exe]
  TCP    192.168.11.68:61420    52.109.68.129:443      TIME_WAIT
  TCP    192.168.11.68:61421    52.109.68.129:443      TIME_WAIT
  TCP    192.168.11.68:61422    10.1.1.81:80           SYN_SENT

not only this IP, byt also other 10.x.x.x

Can you explain what and why this is going on and how to disable this?
