I'm a reseller trying to get acclimated to DraftSight Licensing.  I have a license for DraftSight Enterprise hosted on an SNL server.  I Installed DraftSight 2015 SP3 using the 'Network License' option.

I've noticed a few things:

When I launch DS on my Windows 8.1 PC, the SNL License Usage indicates a license is in use.  BUT
There is no indication in DraftSight that I'm using any non-free license.
If I Stop the License Server, DraftSight continues to run indefinitely.

I thought I might find more info in the DraftSight License Administrator tool (referenced in all Draftsight Licensing documentation).  BUT
This tool is not present; did not launch during installation, and was never installed (or uninstalled). 

What am I missing here?
