Our customer has license problem about DraftSight Enterprise 2016, the problem describes as below：
1)The customer bought 5 seats of DFM, they are available for YLC type only. (No PLC/ALC)
2)And the LKO license are two types of DAP and DFS respectively.
3) These licensed services commenced operation on 11 May 2016 and the license are valid for one years up to 10 May 2017.
4) About DraftSight Enterprise renew got a mention in the catalog, details are as follows
Q:Can I still use DraftSight if I do not renew?
A:Yes you can, but without the Enterprise Pack Offering for DraftSight you will lose technical support, product upgrades, new releases and service packs for DraftSight Enterprise. You will not lose your license to the server, however, you will need to contact your DraftSight reseller to extend the use of the application (at no cost). You will maintain access to the DraftSight APIs, but the APIs are release specific – so if you download a newer version of DraftSight, you will no longer be able to use the DraftSight APIs.
5)Because the customer wants to extend the use of application, but now they just only got the trigram of DAP and the trigram of DFS had already been deleted, so the software is malfunction.
6)Why the trigram of DFS had been deleted?(Order management Specialist told us the trigram of DFS need to deleted.)
7)If only the trigram of DAP, can the software work? If yes, how to set up? If not, why the trigram of DFS can not offer?
