Hello dear Draftsight community,

I am currently thinking of switching to Draftsight from AutoCAD.
Generally, Draftsight looks good for me so far, but there are 2 essential things that I did not find.
I hope maybe you can help.

1.) In AutoCAD it is possible to create Attributes, which can be linked to some information via a field. So far also possible in Draftsight. But: I did not find the possibility in Draftsight to reference the blocks insertion position to this attribute. The same goes with all the other attributes I created, like "Length" or "Usage_width" (see attached file "attributes.jpg")

2.) Does Draftsight provide in any way the possibility to create assoziative path patterns? I want to be able to change the number of elements and their distances without being dissolved. I saw that linear pattern provides the possibility of associative modification. (see attached file "patterns.jpg")

3.) Does Draftsight support to link a dynamic block parameter (like "Length" I used in attachment "attributes.jpg") to drive an associative linear pattern distance?

I would be really thankfull to get these questions answered, as those topics are very important for my decission to switch or not from AutoCAD.
