Why is it a company that produces a good piece of software that I would be happy to use going forward, Have such a terrible, TERRIBLE customer service experience to the point you never return any messages??? By far the worst experience ever. I am trying to activate my Draftsight account for MAC but errors persist. I work as a professional CAD contractor but cannot do my job due to your lack of communication. Please, PLEASE respond with a fix to activating my license. Just communicate. it's not hard, it's crucial for us small people to do our job!!
