Our customer who uses window 10 64bit SW2011 has a problem that Draftsight doesn't work at all when starting it on dual monitor.(Only DraftSight, works well on SOLIDWORKS)

If he uses only one monitor with his laptop computer, it works well. Also is works well when he started DraftSight on his laptop monitor and then moved to second or third moinitor. But the problem happens only he executes DraftSight on his dual monitor. It turns on, but stopped when i clicked the interface. After a long loading, turning off pop-up came out.

What do i have to do on this situation?
