I recently upgraded to DS Premium 2023 SP3 on Windows 11.

It is not possible to define custom keyboard shortcuts any more! The default shortcuts work, but my custom shortcuts are gone, and it's not possible to define new ones.

I can open the customize dialog and add shortcuts just like before, I click Apply and OK, and the dialog closes just like it should. But the shortcuts don't work, and when I open the dialog again the shortcuts are gone, not in the list.

I have removed DS completely as described in another comment here, and reinstalled. It did not help.
