Opening the properties dialog for an entity (e,g a line) causes the drawing surface to stop functioning. The mouse cursor is no longer visible and the drawing can no longer be refreshed. The mouse cursor is visible and behaves normally when positioned outside the drawing window. The only apparent way to reactivate the drawing window is to close the drawing and reopen it.

I am using Fedora 14.04 LTS 64 bit. The same problem was evident with earlier versions of the operating system.
