DraftSight can create zero radius circles when esnap is on which are unselectable within DraftSight and they appear like dots in the drawing. However when opening the drawing with TeighaViewer the "dots" can be selected and they appear like circles with zero radius in the properties. These circles have been created by a failure in the esnap functionality when I tried to draw a circle with center a corner of a rectangle and radius until the midpoint of the horizontal side of the rectangle.
