Hi There,

I have just purchased DraftSight Premium 2020 for Mac. I was using the free version prior and found that it continuously and randomly crashed, the entire program completely closed in an instance. This is also happening with the active premium licenced version. 

It is to no end, extremely frustrating. 

I have completely removed the program from my Mac and re-installed it. 

It works for a while and then some strange things happen, when pressing enter to complete a line etc, nothing happens. I need to restart the file to obtain control again, I don’t know if this is user error or not but just seems strange that it does this after I have been using it fine.

It has been a real pain trying to get this working on my Mac.

Also, is there a tool ribbon that can be displayed at the top like in the Windows version?

Why is there no link to be able to call a tech for support over the phone? 

I have just paid a substantial amount of money for the Premium version and it is just problem after problem at the moment.

Would really appreciate some support and help on this.
