I have been using Draftsight for a year or two, and recently took the plunge to the "Professional" version for the added features.
After accessing content over dropbox, my draftsight started crashing on startup every time I try to use it.
I think it may be some corrupted initialization process, but have no idea how to repair the issue. I tried a re-install, but the problem remains.
Any tips on how to address this would be greatly appreciated. I have sent in crash reports, but have not received any response.
I am not impressed so far with support for the professional version. It seems unclear how to get a message through to an actual support person. Everything points to the forum.
