I have several users that are experiencing repeated Draftsight crashes when manipulating large files (10+ MB). They also cannot scale geometry and print, in addition to other simple tasks. The only common denominator in the systems is that they are laptops with integrated graphics. I understand that the minimum hardware requirements list states that the computer must have a "3D graphics accelerator card with OpenGL version 1.4."

The suspect systems are Dell Latitude 5520 laptops with i7-1185G7 (3GHz) processors, 16GB ram, & Intel Iris Xe onboard graphics.

I'm accustomed to tweaking the Nvidia settings to get it work efficiently with Solidworks but such an interface doesn't exist with the integrated graphics on the laptops (that I could find anyway).

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
