Hi, we just bought and installed DraftSight 2021 64-bit, SP2. This is the first time I am starting up the program. The splash screen appears, then the GUI appears. For an instant it recognizes my mouse (I can hover over buttons) but then the program freezes for 5 seconds and closes with no error messages.

Anyone else have this issue? Did we make a bad decision buying this software?
