I've created a custom frame by way of the help website:

Every time I try to insert the Frame that I have made I get "The Program must close..." error. (image attached). I can get up to the point where I would *click* to insert the block, but once clicking is where the failure occurs. 

Any thoughts on what I could be doing wrong? I've not had much luck in creating a custom Frame. Despite the fact that my searches have come up with numerous results, they all lead me back to the same help site or videos which haven't gotten me where I would like to be yet. Thanks ahead of time!
