To whom ever can help:

I was working on DraftSight yesterday and had no problems.  When I tried to open a drawing today, I was asked to activate the software.  I went through the activation protocol (e-mail address, reenter email address, industry, country, state, and title).  When I pressed Activate, DraftSight with crash.  No warning, no error message, nothing. 

I decided to uninstall and install DraftSight again.  However I have to activate and the same problem occurred. 

Any help would be excellent.
