Help me guys!

i used to work on 2016 version of this software on another machine. and it worked fine.

now, i downloaded and installed the latest version from the website. when i open the software it asks me to fill the form to activate. when i do it, it justs act like its gonna open the app but it just closes after splash screen, no error message no nothing. tried the hotfix but it tells me that none of the software was found on my pc. uninstalled and reinstalled plenty of times. always happens the same thing.

does anyone know what to do?
