After Starting Draftsight the first time, Draftsight crash right after start of the Application. The activation dialogue do not appear.

I've already uninstalled Draftsite and removed:

C:\\Program Files\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight
C:\\ProgramData\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight
C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Roaming\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight
C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Local\\Dassault Systemes\\DraftSight
C:\\Users\\%username%\\AppData\\Roaming\\DraftSight - (did not exist)

And tried to reinstall.

But it happened the same.

The computer Itself was new installed with Windows 10 and at moment do not have any Antivirus Systems on it.

Four other same computer in the same company with the same fresh install of Windows had worked and where able to get activated.
