Is there any chance to get connection to database or xls file via Draftsight, like AutoCAD can do?

I need this to add some properties for the text label. Like text label "CAR-1" -> In properties(databese/xls) I indicate, "CAR-1" is Toyota, Corolla, 2.0l, Metallic, Red,

Like point info with selected fields taken from database/xls file ....
